Everybody is looking to get outside more frequently, let's get back to our roots with healthy, harmonious, easy to cook edible wild food that is not only highly nutritious and fun to find, but taste great too! You can find edible mushrooms along a simple walk, if you can find space to implement that if only once weekly! Let's forage sustainably together!
With the right guidance all of your weeds can become edible wild food, a great source of vitamins and nutrients. Why buy dandelion greens at your chain organic store when, if you look in the right places and forage you can get more nutritious, low carbon footprint veggies for yourself?
You don't need to be a master naturalist to create delicious, healthy meals from the eartb in your back yard. There are plenty of options for cooking as simply and naturally as possible. Sustainably forage edible wild food and edible mushrooms with me and follow along with these simple recipes for ideas on how to best prolong your harvests!
